At PCI, we’re passionate about growing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. As long-time supporters of the Apprentice Training Trust (ATT) and the Electrical Training Company (ETCo), and with our regular apprentice intakes, we believe in giving young people real-world opportunities. This project did exactly that.

This passive home has been awarded a Homestar 10 rating which also has the ability to save 80% of potable water and divert 90% of waste during the construction phase from ending up in landfill.

As a trusted and longstanding partner to Fletcher’s, PCI was invited to get involved with the existing team of young women that are already working as either qualified electricians or working towards completing their apprenticeships.
